Editor King: The King of Flashbacks made his debut in FMVC!!!! And what a start for you my man. There wasn't really a thing I disliked about the video. Your style is very simple, not too flashy CCs or super agressive effects which is something a lot of the younger guys don't do. I loved most flashbacks you presented in the video, just IMO that 450 to Spiral Tap one was a little unnecessary as transition got a little too sudden for my liking. I liked the build a lot I think it was better than most editors do with promo packages. You actually used outside footage which is very commandable. Song you used is such a classic and for this year goes as a breathe of fresh air even tho it was used by a lot of editors. Your sync and pacing was on point too so not really that much more to say. Outstanding stuff man!
N.g.n: Like you said the other day, I was gonna REALLY LIKE the video which was what happened. You rlly tried to go for my personal preference which is cool, but, your main goal for now I think is try to find your own style and make people enjoy your videos for what you are doing. To the video though. I thought it was really good overall, just some technical hiccups throughout the video. When I tell you to disable resample is not only because it will make your video look a lot more subtle but its when you speed up or slow mo a clip, tends to look incredibly blurry/ ghosting and really takes away from the experience. Speed ups it can work, but make sure to force resample for those especifically. I think that some CCs worked, some just didnt you gotta find right amount of CCs. Also one thing you need to improve is when you transition one CC to other. You tend to just change, never go for a transition and that looks very anticlimatic. But overall I liked the pace and sync and you told a nice story. Lift us up with Naito handing the titles to Ibushi was so simple but so good. Keep at it man.
One incredibly close match, I think I will go with Leo simply because I thought his video was better polished and he made me enjoy a Pete Dunne video more than a Ibushi video, that should say something.

Thank you for your opinion, the truth is if I win or not I don't care but I always like constructive criticism, I appreciate that you have taken the time to watch my video and give your opinion, as I always say, little by little I evolve and I learn more and more btw: I liked Leo's video, I'm still waiting for a Ciampa vs Dream Highlight

Editor King: I'm going to be really honest here. When I look at the video all I see is rebirth. Just when I thought Editor King became absolutely nothing you surprised me like you always do and released this banger. Really good song & match choice, they worked pretty well in my opinion. Flashbacks were amazing as always, you did your thing. Honestly, towards the end, video felt a bit repetitive. You could've used more effects/transitions which would help it a lot in my opinion. Other than that I have no other complaints, amazing work legend. You have redeemed yourself.
N.g.N: This video is a huge improvement, definitely the best video I've seen from you. I liked that you used multiple CCs, most of the transitions were cool as well. Syncing could've been better at some points but it's not a big deal. I really liked the song, it's definitely a great one for the match. The fact that you used many transitions and effects is the main reason why this video was fun. Overall this video was quite decent, I really hope that daddy Stylopz is proud of you.

Editor King: This was pretty cool, I feel like it's an older video of yours? Whatever the case I think the editing is there, you used voiceovers well, though the background music in them felt like it clashed with the music at times. The call backs to their previous matches were perfectly executed and you used shakes and black spots well. Another good video.
NGN: This was pretty good overall and I think your editing is heading in the right direction. You show a ton of potential and I think with some clean up to your transitions & effects you could really be a force to be reckoned with. I felt like you changed CC a bit too often, it hurt the overall flow of the video for me. Your shakes were really cool and well done. I don't know what video editing program you're using, but if it's Sony Vegas you should disable resample because the ghosting takes away some of the polished look from the video. Keep it up though man, I look forward to seeing more from you.

Editor King: First of all I fucking love this song! Your edit made me remember it and I have been humming it ever since! I was wondering how you would do when you already showed the first match so you can't do flashbacks but you did them anyway... lame. Honestly I find it so impressive that you just started making highlights and started making them with your own style asap, your style is so good that it inspired Okada/Naito section in my best video so that tells a lot how good it is. What I absolutely love is that you control your edit, every cut with the beat goes exactly where you planned it to go instead of song and camera angles leading your edit instead (what happens to many editors), everything so precise and put exactly where it needs to be and I love that so much about your style. I would say this is your typical edit and damn it was good! You built their first match to show the importance and transitioned into their second match while all of it being so fluid. Flashbacks were so well done to show that they were fighting as intensely as in their first match and DAMN 02:37 is one of the most beautiful ways of syncing I have ever seen! CCs were simple and used so well to express parts of the song. Honestly there is just a right amount of everything here, it's simple enough that nothing is overused and complex enough that it has a lot of depth. This edit proves why you are one of my favorite highlighers!
NGN: Honestly I didn't like your use of promo, it was just showing random things and really told no story, instead it was just there. This video still has an issue that I really dislike about your edits and that's use of random transitons, they are just out of place so many times and take you out of the immersion while hurting the pace of the edit in some places. Tho you get syncing and pacing of the video which is a good step forward and cuts for the most of the time were pretty well done. CCs were pretty good except one, CC during 1:30 part was honestly just so ugly IMO, but I really loved how you used black and white CC for some bridging parts and that would be my favorite CC part I would say. Btw apron rana execution was so terrible I had to point it out, you cut normal move too early to show a replay that went anywhere, you should have timed it better or just have not used that replay at all. Honestly this edit overall is pretty good and it shows that you have a ton of potential but your edits still require more of polish. You make very good edits and I hope to see more from you because you like Editor King and Omzy have so much potential to be one incredible highlighter.

Editor King: Impressive video Editor King, I thought it was a very well structured job, you can see how you take the time in each act to place your previous match, then parts of the promo to have more weight in your rivalry and at the end your match in the NXT Takeover, that is very appreciated because people who do not know them or never saw the match can understand what is happening. I loved how you added the flasgbacks from their previous match, they were very precise and placed at the exact moment, at first it seemed strange to me that you changed CC but later I understood that it was a good move to represent more the euphoria of the match and the song, well planned and great work.
NgN: Well I didn't expect that, great NgN edit, I think this breaks all the schemes of your previous works, you feel the inspiration of the Storm and Stylopz edition but with your characteristic touch, which is good because it still has your essence. I was not a big fan of all the CC changes throughout the video but there will be others who have liked it because for taste there is nothing written, but you can focus more on the CC choice and have it more organized so that they have something in common to each other and they don't look so random. But as I told you this was throwing the house out the window and betting on something different and that is applauded, good job NgN

NGN: If you want to be the next Storm you will have to queue because Stylopz went ahead, with all the colors changing every so often this looked like a rainbow, I liked the slow parts more but it was entertaining to watch, I want to continue seeing you around these sides.
Editor King: Your video is very technical, it seemed like the work of a doctor but you also have to balance it with the daring, I think that from the middle you put the technical aside to get a little dirty and it looks good, focus on mixing those two things and the videos You will be fluid and natural because this is great.

Editor King: Very technically sound, your song and cc choice was very sound. Im sure i speak for everyone when i say that your callbacks to their first match was the best thing about this highlight, they were so well placed, its almost like this mashup of the two matches was destined to be made. I do think at times it got a bit repetitive like towards the end, but i would be tempted to do the same. Besides this, I've head great things of you and i understand why. Well done
Ngn: I really like your overall style, your transitions are very crisp - i love your flashes especially. One thing i do not like is the constant change in cc's, i understand this was to synch the song but for me it was too much, individually they looked great and could work on separate videos, but putting them all in one seemed a bit forced. But i like your song choice and overall vibe, of course you could spend more time on your twixtor and smoothing out slowed down clips, but we all know you are very capable and talented. Good job!
With that said, i am super excited to face either of you in the finals, may the best man win
