First of all this song is fucking amazing! It worked perfectly well with the match. The editing was overall fine. One thing I would recommend is that you used too many flickers. If I were you I wouldn't have used flickers every time there's a snare in the song, I would use it when switching clips. Other than that this video was pretty great! Awesome work Austin.

For what you said this is your best work and I agree, improve more the changes from one clip to another so that it does not look too forced and choose well the parts that you will put, since it is a bit disturbing to Kota stuck trying to make the movement And out of nowhere to do it, it is better to fully show the movement than to lengthen it and not look exciting and finally decide which filter to use because it looks like a damn rainbow.

Yep, definitely huge improvement from your past videos. The syncing and structure is a lot better. And your choices of CC is looking good. I would recommend toning down the number of CC changes tho. I remember doing that a lot as well, but looking back at it now it doesn't look as pleasing as I thought it was. Also, I suggest bringing down the brightness just a bit for a few of the CCs (like the one around the 2:20 minute mark). The black and white CCs were very pretty, but again I recommend bringing the brightness down and maybe adding a bit of contrast to them so the clips dont look washed/faded. One other thing to work on is your flickers. They were sometimes off with the beats (ex: 2:10-2:20, 3:20-3:30). Try to make sure they're well synced. Love how you're trying to include flashbacks with wrestlers doing a move inspired from someone else. Although, I still think it looks forced in this video. Again, as someone who used to do that. I dont think it looks good when it's only 2 little small moments in the video. It's not really needed. I would understand if they were being used in a MV with more backstory as to why those moments matter, but here it doesn't really make sense. If a viewer who doesn't know any of these wrestlers were watching this, they would get confused seeing the small clips of Omega or Nakamura clips. So, even though I admire that you're trying to experiment, I highly suggest you try to fully understand the fundamentals of editing first. I felt like verything was a bit well paced, but the ending where Kota is celebrating his win felt very off paced from the rest of the video, or that part of the song. Try to work on following the pace of the song with your editing. Like I said to you before tho, I'm proud of how far you've come cause this is a really good video. And hope you listen to everyone's feedback. Also please try to write a bit more on your feedback for everyone hehe.

I am very pleased that you have participated Austin, I had no idea about the match between Okada and Ibushi in the G1 Climax so both things took me by surprise, since the previous time you improved a lot and that makes me very happy. I'm not a big fan of this style of songs or bands but I really enjoyed it.
I took the time to look for the lyrics of the song because I felt that you wanted to convey something else in the highlight and I think your video is about Ibushi facing that Kenny left and that it is time to move forward to beat Okada and get the G1 o At least that's how I understand it lol, already said that I would like to highlight some things so that you continue to improve and it is the subject of colors or filters as you like to call them, try to organize which one you are going to use for slow parts or fast parts so the The video will take a more polished and organized form (I also used too many different colors in a video a few years ago and unfortunately they didn't look very good) but it is something that gets better over time and from each video, it will most likely become my Favorite highlight of the year, great job Austin keeps getting better and I look forward to seeing you at upcoming events.

Nice to see another improvement, now I really want you to pay attention to this feedback because I will go into detail what is good and what could be better. Don't do flickers for every snare (especially if you aren't doing a cut, they can cover a move), it's a bad thing that I was doing and really only do them if there is a fast beat that requires multiple flickers at once. Entrances were a pretty good start but only be careful what camera changes or sudden cuts like one happened at 0:15. Lock up had way too many cuts which just made it seem overedited and it didn't feel natural, you could have just gone with lock up, them on the ropes and Okada moving back, just to give clips more space to breathe and if it seemed too sudden then you could have used crossfades to smoothen it out. I really liked the first CC change and that CC which you choose, timing was also well done, you left forearm exchange to breathe so that was really good. Then suddenly CC changed a bit and I really didn't understand that, IMO you should keep consistent CC without changes in the video and you shouldn't go with more than 3 CCs (slow part, main and chorus). Changing CCs like this for no reason makes video feel very random and takes you out of the immersion. THis is also one advice that I always tried to tell you, you don't need to include every transition or kick/punch, you just should focus on important moves. Like after the dropkick at 0:33, you didn't have to include that forearm strike or that Irish whip sequence, if you had put just Okada's dropkick after it you would have saved yourself 10 seconds of time. IMO if you aren't making a slow paced edit on porpuse to show a story, you should aim to make highlights 4 minutes max. Slow sequence after it was pretty good, the only thing that I also was telling you before is random effects. There was really no reason to add that twitch/blur or whatever it was (you later in the video also did some RGB glitch), if song doesn't call for it really don't put random effects because they just feel out of place, especially when they are so short. CC change again was really well done and honestly I really love that CC that you were using, this section was pretty good ovearall without any complaints. Then you had 2 CC changes and they suffered from lack of transitions, honestly if a CC change feels too harsh use some transition, just fade to black can do wonders. Instead of seeing random color change to one uncut clip, you will see a noticeable change after screen goes to black which makes it way more natural. Your chorus CC was good but way too bright, you should decrease brightness or add contrast, just remember that max brightness and saturation doesn't mean good looking because that made wrestlers look orange and everything else looked washed out. Chorus part was pretty good but there was time that could have been cut, you didn't have to include at all preparations on top rope and counter before top rope rana because they weren't really adding much to the video and they took good proportion of the time. CC then became even brighter and please don't do this, I asked you this before and really having too bright CC just makes my eyes hurt. Overall this was my favorite section of the video and it was well done, pace and cuts were on point. I really liked the build up for the rainmaker and voice clip after, it added to that dramatic effect. Idk what happened with repeated german suplex but you really should be careful so that doesn't happen. Really liked the Nakamura flashback, but Omega one was really out of place and way too quick, so when you are doing flashbacks see first if they fit with what you are doing and if they are long enough. Also your video ended with a 4 count so really you need to be careful with it. This feedback might sound negative but it's really not, I think this was overall a great edit for someone with your experience and I am giving you so many details here that I want you to improve on because you have the potential. My biggest advice is that you should drop all effects, flashy CCs and all those flashy stuff. Focus first on getting pace, sync and editing to really comfortable level, first be good with making basic but synced edits because then everything else will be much easier and adding all those effects will be like adding cherry on top. Overall really impressive video Austin and I hope to see more from you. Oh and please put more effort into feedback, everyone here put a lot of time and effort into videos and they deserve more than 2 quick sentences, it doesn't have to be anything long or mindblowing but just put some thought and care into it so people can get some feedback for their hard work.

Yeah, this is probably your finest work, which isn't difficult given how your prior videos were either full of random effects with no purpose or HUGE amounts of speed ups which were an absolute overkill. So I think this is definetely a big step up, even though, there is a lot of work you need to get to have your basics on point. I think your pacing and syncing needs a lot better timing, I think that meanwhile you don't know how to sync with clip changes, you should avoid using so many flickers because it just gets annoying by the time you getting through a video. You also need to exactly know what color corrections you want to use, because while some look like they could be something I would use, some look so out of place and it's just unnecessary to use to many color corrections when that is not the main concern you should have yet. Those black and whites looked beautiful though, that's my shit, so I rather stick to those, and the match CC just for now. My biggest concern at the moment is how you still don't really know how to transition one clip to the other, not exactly the way you do, but your clip selection can be awkward at times, like you had them lock up, and you had like 3 or 4 cuts of it, which is incredibly unnecessary but not only that, you had some unnecessary bits like Ibushi to execute tiger bomb of the top and you let that clip for sooo long without any need as well. These are some examples, though. To recap a match, IMO you should just showcase the meat of the matches like the moves they execute, the counters, moments of emergency by both men, facial expressions, to showcase how big the match is. The song choice was obviously incredible I love metalcore LOL. So yeah Austin, keep in mind what me and other say towards your video and I hope you don't take it the wrong way.

This was so enjoyable to watch, little things like changes to the cc to at the right parts of the song can add so much so thank you. This was clearly well thought out and you're not wrong to claim it to be your best work. Idk if my video was laggy but from what i saw your timing for those black cuts and flickers need to be worked on, other than that very good job!

You claim this as your best work, and for my money, you aren't wrong at all. For the most part it's nicely done and you are improving with each video you do which is very good to see. What isn't very good are some things like random usage of effects, flashbacks placement (Kenny one) or usage of flickers at every snare, but I feel you will gradually improve those things if you take the criticism as an advice and continue to work on outdoing yourself every time. You have potential, try to improve those things and you will be a great editor.

Guessing that you're kind of new so I won't be too harsh, however this video wasn't bad. There was some stuff that need working on for example in the beginning, you had the move hit just before the beat then black screened on the beat which takes away from the move itself, as you also hit the move on the beat but cut out the impact which is the main part of the clip, so don't go with that sort of style again lol. This song is pretty cool, never listened to Architects in my free time but whenever I hear them in vids it's pretty dope as they're a dope band. When the main part kicked in it got better as it got more faster, but then again the black screen wasn't hitting all the beats which gives it less impact on the viewer, sorry fo5r mentioning it again I feel it's important to please the viewer that's all. The CC in this video is nice but at 02:27 I am not a fan of it, just too much on the ring mat for it too look nice. Great work though look forward to what you bring in the future.
