BlueVinsmoke: Joshi editor?? Get him out of this forum please! In case if you guys didn't know this is RWrestling, you all probably have seen some of his classics at some point. I was so glad to see your passion and dedication to make a first let's say "proper" highlight. This highlight fits song in a flow so much that at some point I completely forgot I was listening to a song with a video because of how smooth it all felt. Sync is really well done and I like how this isn't so over the top with effects. Something that I just had to point out is that match progression is amazingly well done, many highlights (including mine) have an issue where they just jump from smaller to big spots but here it just all feels like it has one continous flow. For a first try this is an incredible video and I can't wait to see your improvement in the next video! I am super proud of you!

This is the first video I have seen of you, i'm not sure how new you are to editing but I can tell from this video you have some pretty solid foundations. I love the song choice, who doesn't, and it compliments the match very well, which i really liked btw some of those moves I had never seen before especially that spinning crucifix slam. You have good visions on where to put different CC's and transitions, which is the important bit, you just need to work a bit on crafting them to perfection and nail the timing. This comes from someone who used to spam unnecessary transitions so take it from me, less is more, but some were good nonetheless. I also think some CC's were just placed for the sake of having a different colour for a part of the song, try to think about how intense or slowed the part of the song is, and reflect that in your CC. Another aspect you should look into mastering is pace editing, little speed ups or slow downs add so much to a match, particularly to something as stiff as these two superstars, it amplifies everything tenfold. But overall, I still really had a good time watching this, it was simple yet captivating, if you work on your synch a little bit more, it would really take your videos to another level. This was refreshing and I'm glad you got a video showcase, like Storm said, the match flow was very good it all felt stringed together very well so i commend you. I can't wait to see where you're heading and what improvements you're going to undertake, it'll all come naturally to you so just have fun!

This was such a fun and well made highlight! Amazing work really. First of all, for someone who is not new to editing Highlights but, this is the first time you decided to actually edit it and that is so impressive because at least when I attempted such thing for the first time, I got caught up on doing shit load of transitions and random effects and you here did not go overboard on the effects so, really outstanding job on that! Song choice was the perfect one, especially for the story here you tried to tell of the Teacher vs Student dynamic where you can see Suzu trying to prove her self she could retain her title on her own, that is pretty neat and I am such a sucker for those little references, in my opinion they add that much more. Cuts were all done properly well and honestly I am really glad you don't see the need in using speed ups for clips, I like that it keeps that cleaner look to the vídeo. Loved the use of the flashes and I throughly enjoyed the CC changes, yeah I know who inspired you there LMFAO relatable. There are not many complaints for me, I feel like in the future with the right amount of practice and help, you will definetely get even better as an editor and I am really happy to see you around here. Lovely work. Hope to you see you more around here as your potential is unlimited!

I found several similarities with other editors in this video, influences from Storm, Charismastic and Omzy although I am probably wrong or maybe not but it was entertaining to watch, you handle synchronizations well although at times you focus on that and at times you put it aside and The use of CC was good, it is the first video I see of you and I think you are the new UserDragon but better, welcome to the group I am the king here.

Can't remember the last time I saw a video from you, but this edit is so damn wonderful that it's unbelievable how much you've improved. Not surprised though since you got a mentor like Storm helping you out. Thanks for the description on the video as well. Others might say, it's best to tell the story in the video rather than say it, but I say fuck that lol. Regardless, the song and the way you highlighted the one sided match told the story of Tsukasa having more experience than Suzu. And that little superimposition flashback at the start (0:07) made the viewer know that they have a friendship and that this match has more meaning to it. And including the clip where both wrestlers are hugging at the end supports that story. So very good work at telling the story of this match and any viewer who's not familiar with the story or the wrestlers can easily try to understand what's happening through this highlight. Everything about the editing is great. Your pacing and structure was fantastic for someone who's starting to be more concerned in all the fundamentals of editing. I really love the pacing and timing of your clips - you were able to let a lot of the important clips breathe a lot in order to showcase these wrestlers ability and the story of the match yet at the same time the video is still entertaining due to the good syncing, CC changes, and subtle effects. Speaking of effects, loved those glow/glint transitions at the start. And the CC looked really nice, although I would recommend lowering the strength of the CCs just a bit. Don't know if you're aware of UserDragon, but this video kind of oozes his style and even subject choice lol. Like the CC changes and not so flashy effects remind me a lot of his work, as I myself was influenced by a lot of his stuff from 2015-2016. Storm also brought this up to me and I agree how your like the second coming of UserDragon. Please keep signing up for future FMVC events BlueVinsmoke!

Great Work. I am very familiar with your edits as I watched them years ago (EX: Benoit vs Angle, Michaels vs Razor). I had no clue you were RWrestling! I love the song choice, it goes well with the story of Suzy wanting to be champion on her own. It was a really good job and the match was good too. I really don’t have much else to say besides great debut in FMVC, can’t wait to see what else you can pull of Vinsmoke! Great Job, Cheers!
